About the project

Mansfield ISD’s Alma Martinez Intermediate School is a unique intermediate school, designed to incorporate STEM spaces and a Fine Arts Academy, accommodating up to 1,200 students. The two-story design has an inviting environment, and an open floor plan providing more open learning. Large window walls flood the school’s interior with natural daylight. A combination of warm materials, playful colors, collaboration spaces, and informal gathering areas create an engaging and vibrant educational building.
