About the project

The new Alma Martinez Intermediate School is a unique intermediate school design for Mansfield ISD. The design incorporates STEM spaces and a Fine Arts Academy and accommodates up to 1,200 students. This new school has an inviting environment for all. The school’s two-story design and open floor plan provides more open learning, and large window walls flood the school with natural daylight. A combination of warm materials, playful colors, collaboration spaces and informal gathering areas create a vibrant educational building.
