Lovejoy ISD - High School Renovations

Lucas, TX

About the project

Lovejoy High School renovations, part of the district’s 2014 bond, include an addition of a new two-story 27,880 SF STEM wing, a new 8,000 SF fine arts wing, and miscellaneous interior renovations. The STEM wing houses 12 classrooms, two engineering labs, five computer labs, and one think tank incubator space, allowing students the space to build almost anything they can imagine. The other wing houses arts classrooms and a black box theater classroom. A new 2,700 SF press box was also added. Site work includes added parking, a concrete access drive, geothermal wall fields, track and field elements, storage yards, and utility rework. All elements include MEP, structural, civil, roofing, and landscape work.
