About the project

Lee Lewis Construction, Inc. partnered with MWM Architects, Inc. to provide construction services for Great Plains Distributors. The distribution center features a 75,000 SF steel-framed warehouse with 10 loading and unloading bays, designed for operational efficiency. The structure offers 28-foot clear height for high-bay storage and is enclosed with insulated concrete tilt-wall panels, ensuring durability and thermal performance.
