About the project

The Epic has over 120,000 SF of exercise, arts, and entertainment. The fitness center features cross-training, cardio equipment and a room for group classes, as well as a 1/8 mile indoor jogging track, and a 3rd level adventure track. There is an open gymnasium where visitors can play basketball, volleyball, pickleball and more and features spectator seating with an overhang view of the playing court. There is also a lap pool and a kiddie splash area, a library, and family game room, an amenity-packed teen center, a professional culinary teaching kitchen and café, an in-house recording studio, an art gallery and private event spaces.
