Tyler Technologies' Lubbock office was renovated and completed in 2009. The building was one of the first to be LEED-certified in Lubbock at the time and was made even more environmentally friendly with the addition of LED lighting and energy-efficient HVAC systems. The expansion and renovation allowed Tyler to grow its local employee count from 261 to 350. Some features of the upgraded space include a new state-of-the-art training classroom which seats 85 people. All training and conference rooms are updated with the latest A/V technology. A vibrant café was added, seating 75 people, offering low-top tables, bar-style seating, and booth seating conveniently located next to the training classroom. Additionally, a game room was included in the renovation, consisting of three game tables and video games, providing employees with a place to take a break during the workday.
