This three-phase project provides Texas Tech University’s football stadium with not only a rebuilt infrastructure, but a new exterior facade, expanded press box, new luxury suites, club level, club seating and 10,000 new stadium seats. Phase I of the project included the rebuilding and addition of new restrooms, concessions, and additional end zone seating as well as structural and architectural repair and preparation for Phase II of the project. Phase II gave the entire stadium a new Spanish Renaissance exterior, new West Stadium building and many other amenities making Jones-AT&T stadium one of the finest facilities in the NCAA. Phase III included the interior finish out of several suite shell spaces and the addition of a complete landscaping package to the entrance of the stadium. This project was awarded the Merit Award for Texas Construction’s Best of 2004.
