TTU Athletics developed the Dustin R. Womble Basketball Center for both men’s and women’s basketball programs. The facility houses two practice courts, with industry-leading Robbins MVP wooden floors, associated run-off space, bleachers, locker rooms for both programs, coaches' offices, as well as all associated current-day practice facility amenities specific to top-tier Division 1 basketball. The facility also boasts 3,355-sq.ft. of athletic training space, which includes areas for hydrotherapy and cryotherapy as well as a physician’s exam room and message and treatment areas. Branding covers every inch of the facility, including the 6,500 SF state-of-the-art strength and conditioning area and nutrition area. In addition to design and branding, full wall video boards were installed in both practice gyms to replicate realistic game situations complete with sound and video of visiting team’s facilities. The Womble Center features 97 TVs or video monitors throughout the facility, including a state-of-the-art film room for both teams and 98-inch screens in each player’s lounge complete with gaming systems. The facility is located west of United Supermarkets Arena and Indiana with a ‘Walk of Champions’ pedestrian walkway between the two facilities.
