The J.L. Boren Replacement Elementary School is a compact, two-story, 85,000-square-foot facility designed to serve up to 800 students. This modern building features sustainable elements, including a high-reflective flexible roof membrane, geothermal mechanical systems, and energy-efficient LED lighting to reduce operational costs and improve efficiency. The site layout prioritizes smooth vehicular traffic flow and maximizes open space for play areas. The east-side playgrounds are equipped with shaded structures and secure fencing for added safety. The school’s façade reflects the local community, blending traditional and classical architectural elements for a welcoming design.
