The new state-of-the-art facility consists of three buildings. A new controlled temperature warehouse, cold storage, drive-thru, receiving and shipping docks, parking for staff and trucks, and support functions in the main 482,000 SF building. The facility is located on the main site of 33 acres south of Highway 820. A second building of 8,800 SF was constructed on the east end of the 33-acre site and used as a truck wash and minor service building.
